Shipping across India

We deliver to addresses across India. Orders placed on Cozique are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party fulfilment and logistics partner and its courier partners. We remain your point of contact for every order.

Payment

All orders are paid by cash on delivery.

Order confirmation

After you place an order, we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp before it is handed to our fulfilment partner for dispatch.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. We share the expected delivery time when we confirm your order. Remote areas can take longer.

Order status

Once your order has shipped, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you its delivery status.

Failed or refused delivery

If the courier cannot reach you, or the order is refused at delivery, it is returned to our fulfilment partner and cancelled.

Changing your address

Message us as soon as possible. We can change the delivery address only before the order is dispatched.
